If there is something that Xbox has always maintained within its philosophy, it is to offer the games that are released on various platforms and thus give the possibility of, for example, users of services such as Game Pass being able to enjoy the titles available for Xbox consoles or in PC.

And with the important purchase of Activision Blizzard by Microsoft, several economic and other operational questions have arisen, such as that of a Sony spokesperson who indicated in a publication on the Bloomberg site that he hopes that Microsoft will maintain the philosophy of multiplatform releases and at least the biggest games are still available on PlayStation.

“We expect Microsoft to honor contractual agreements and continue to ensure that Activision games are cross-platform,” said a Sony spokesperson.

Given this, Phil Spencer has indicated a Bloomberg that will not leave out PlayStation gamers and plans to continue supporting their communities.

A valid question that leads us to think if titles such as the popular Call of Duty will continue to be available for PlayStation consoles today, as well as their future releases, or will it end up being only available for Xbox and PC consoles.
