25,000 francs for a private school’s rope park project – TOP ONLINE

The private school Schul-Alternative-Zürich (SalZH) is celebrating its 20th anniversary. For this occasion, the 3rd secondary school class is building a professional rope park on the small armory meadow. The installation will be open to everyone from early July to late October 2022.

The School and Sports Department of the City of Winterthur has now announced that it is supporting the private school project with a one-off amount of CHF 25,000. The money comes from the Children and Youth Fund. In return, Winterthur schoolchildren can visit the park for just 5 francs.

The total cost of the school project is estimated at CHF 360,000. The amount is divided equally between infrastructure and operating costs. Stadtgrün and the sports department will also support the young people with local timber and help with communication.
