Megawati Soekarno Putri finally provided assistance to Dorce Gamalama. This can be seen in Dorce Gamalama’s Instagram. Dorce Gamalama thanked Megawati for getting Megawati’s attention.
“Assalamualaikum to Mrs. Megawati who has contributed to me, may Allah give mercy to mother, may mother stay healthy, live long and always be blessed,” said Dorce Gamalama on his Instagram.
Previously Dorce Gamalama indeed had time to make a scene through the video he uploaded on Instagram. In the video, Dorce asks Megawati Soekarno Putri for help.
But now that his relatives have straightened it out, Dorce Gamalama has actually received assistance from President Jokowi. Jokowi is reported to have given a love rope to Dorce, although the amount is unknown.
“There must be a nominal amount of money. But we can’t say the amount, yes. But there is a nominal amount that is assisted by Mr. Jokowi. Then from Mr. Erick Tohir, I already conveyed that at that time all Pertamina hospitals were covered by the ministry of BUMN,” said Ira Savira.
Not only Jokowi, but Dorce also asked Megawati Soekarno Putri for help. When Mrs. Mega was vice president, Dorce once sang in front of her.
Hetty Soendjaya called it like a child who taunts his parents.
“Maybe at that time he sang in the palace when Mrs. Mega was deputy, he said that when he became president. Maybe he remembers that, it’s just a joke, only children and parents,” said Hetty Soendjaya.
“It’s a fad, we also don’t know what his intentions are, he knows. I think it’s fine if you want to be like that,” he continued.
SOE Minister Erick Thohir also helped with Dorce’s treatment costs when he was treated at Pertamina Hospital.
Now health condition Dorce already better. He was also reportedly on a pilgrimage to Kediri, East Java to visit Gus Miek’s grave.
“He’s getting better. Even though his speech is still stammering, it’s still not clear. Sometimes when he talks fast it’s still blurry. And his legs are still swollen, so there’s no activity yet,” said Hetty Soendjaya.
