The Goyano team began its second week of training yesterday, Monday, ahead of its third federal participation.
On Monday morning, those led by Tano López Ríos began a new week of preseason, at their stadium. With the presence of the entire squad, there was field work and complemented with some physical exercises.
At night, again at the Gigante del Nordeste, they met to work a double shift. With speed passes, there was work with the ball and also shooting rounds with the insiders and the perimeter players. After an hour and a half of training, it ended with a short talk with the club’s medical department, giving some indications to withstand the high temperatures and recommendations related to the work to be carried out together.
The continuity of the weekly training will again be in double shifts, in the morning gym and a little field work, and at night, after the activation, there will be ball work, where little by little López Ríos will try to imprint his idea of play.
With the return of the tournament very close, it remains to be seen the game format, the fixture and how AMAD’s debut will be. Surely in the coming days there will be more news.
