Luskito then detailed the final status of the 16 people. According to him, there are 13 customers insurance who have previously lodged a complaint with Prudential. Of the 13 customers, there is 1 customer whose complaint has been resolved and has signed a settlement agreement.
Then, two customers whose complaints have been decided, but they refuse to have individual dialogue. Next, there are 10 customers whose demands for a 100 percent premium return cannot be fulfilled by Prudential. “The decision to refuse has officially been conveyed to the 10 customers,” said Luskito.
Meanwhile, there are three customers who have never submitted a complaint to Prudential. “We have appealed to Prudential to submit his complaint first so that it can be analyzed further,” he said.
