Once again Amadeus has chosen 25 songs suitable for the general public and any age group. The general level is good with some radio track that is a candidate to become a catchphrase. FqMagazine he previewed the songs competing at the next Sanremo Festival, starting on February 1st. In this first listening, judgments and first impressions will be given. Much will depend on the dress rehearsals and performances of individual singers on the stage of the Ariston Theater. In the texts there is a lot of sentiment, a lot of love, lightness as if to counter the difficult historical moment linked to the pandemic.
From the first plays they particularly impressed Rkomi – top artist among the best-selling albums in 2021 – with his rock song “Insuperabile”Could reserve surprises on the podium, as well as the intense ballad of Mahmood with Blanco and Elisa. Still on the ballad side, Irama stands out with his Sanremo song “Wherever you will be”, very difficult to sing, the intensity of Noemi (“I love you I don’t know how to say”). Elegant, refined, outsider Massimo Ranieri with “Letter beyond the sea”, just as elegant is the piece by Matteo Romano (“Virale”). Watch out for the surprise-podium effect with Dargen D’Amico (“Dove si balla”), The representative of the list (“Ciao ciao”) and the radio station “Chimica” of Ditonellapiaga with Rector.
A little curiosity about the authors of the songs. The very young Alessandro La Cava stands out above all, the co-author of ‘Malibù’ the most listened to song of 2021, (Rkomi, Noemi, Sangiovanni, Matteo Romano) and Davide Petrella (Giusy Ferreri, Achille Lauro, Emma, Elisa), for the piece by Matteo Romano is also signed by Federico Rossi.
