These are four decisive weeks in the career of Mohamed Abrini and, it seems, in the preparations for the Paris attacks of November 13, 2015. Between mid-June and mid-July 2015, “the man with the hat” visited four countries: Turkey, Syria, United Kingdom and France. His journey has been reconstructed. But his journey, as well as the meetings or links then established with essential links in the attacks, are intriguing. Abrini gave vague or changing explanations about this period during the investigation.
