To respond to this, a screening center opened in Anglet on Wednesday. Located in the premises of the former municipal technical center, 37 bis, rue de Hirigogne, it is adjoining the vaccination center, and is open Monday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to noon and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.. Those wishing to be tested should make an appointment beforehand on the Doctolib online platform.
With a daily capacity of around a hundred people, it reinforces existing but often overwhelmed systems, such as pharmacies. The test result is sent within a quarter of an hour by SMS.
