The fastest growth was in Lithuania (+ 17%), Poland (+ 15.3%), Bulgaria (+ 13.3%), Slovenia (+ 10.1%) and Denmark (+ 10%). In Estonia, industrial output increased by 6.2%
Meanwhile, the decline over the period was recorded in Ireland (-30.4%), Malta (-7.8%), Germany and Luxembourg (both -2.5%), Romania (-0.9%) and France (-0 , 2%).
At the same time, on average, industrial production in the EU Member States remained unchanged in November from a year ago, but fell by 1.5% in the euro area.
Compared to the previous month – October – industrial output in the EU increased by 2.5% in November, but in the euro area – by 2.3%.
Compared to the previous month, industrial output increased in 16 countries, with the sharpest increases in Ireland (+ 37.3%), Poland (+ 5.9%) and the Czech Republic (+ 4.8%), while the largest declines were in Belgium (-4, 4%), Malta (-3.7%) and Luxembourg (-2.3%). In Latvia, industrial output increased by 0.2%, in Estonia it increased by 2.7%, but in Lithuania it decreased by 0.5%.
