Kuipers made this known in a letter to the House of Representatives. He states that for the quality of the complex operations it is necessary to concentrate this care in two centers, Utrecht and Rotterdam. “As inconvenient as it is, the geographical spread is not of decisive importance in the concentration of this form of care,” he writes in the letter.
