Despite a very poor performance, Dennis Schröder and his Boston Celtics achieved the 20th victory of the season in stoppage in the NBA professional basketball league.
In 101: 98 of overtime against the Indiana Pacers, the German international did not hit a field goal, Schröder made his five points all at the free throw line.
Schröder had just three double-digit points in the last eight games, and on Sunday he had only scored six points against the New York Knicks. Boston (20:21) is eighth in the east table.
Jayson Tatum tied 1.8 seconds before the end of regulation time for Boston at 89:89 and secured extra time. In extra time, the star player made the final score with two successful free throws. Tatum had 24 points, the Celtics’ leading scorer was Jaylen Brown (26).
Schröder’s colleague on the national team, Daniel Theis, conceded bankruptcy number 31 in game number 42 with the Houston Rockets, last of the pack in the west. With 91: 111 against the Philadelphia 76ers, Theis had twelve points and four rebounds.
