For the second consecutive year, LOU Rugby is mobilizing and provides its Matmut Stadium in Gerland to allow everyone to donate blood.
During a special “blood donation” day, the French Blood Establishment (EFS) du Rhône invests the Lou Rugby stadium to draw blood from those who register online.

“Giving blood is a united, civic and generous act. It is being part of a dynamic of sharing, of a community of donors who have the power to save lives“, Says Lou Rugby.
As part of the dynamic of its LOU Attitude project, this annual meeting takes place on Friday January 14 at the Lions entrance to the Matmut Stadium in Gerland, 351 Avenue Jean Jaurès in the 7th arrondissement of Lyon from 9 a.m.
Attention all the same to make an appointment on one of the many slots. Think all the same about check if you are eligible for blood donation before registering.
Remember to eat well, avoid fat, and hydrate yourself well before donating.
Don’t forget to bring a document confirming your identity and a pen.
Blood donation is also possible before and after the injection of the Covid-19 vaccine without delay.
The health pass is not necessary.
