People who take to the road this morning have to take into account slippery conditions in almost the entire country. The area can be slippery due to the freezing of wet road sections. The KNMI has therefore issued a code yellow for the entire country, except for the Wadden area.
“Traffic and outdoor activities may be affected,” the weather institute writes on its site. The slipperiness is expected to disappear towards the beginning of the afternoon.
