Choose the right red fish
It is very important to choose the right product. If the fish has a pale color, then this may indicate that it is no longer the first freshness.
If, on the contrary, it is too bright, then in this case, perhaps, there were dyes in the fish food.
Save nutrients
In order to preserve useful substances in red fish, it is recommended not to fry it, but to stew, boil or steam it.
“Red fish is great for an evening meal as a highly digestible protein,” said the nutritionist.
Note that red fish is a source of Omega-3 unsaturated fats, amino acids and vitamins. It is also rich in vitamin E, which improves vision, and also contains tryptophan, from which melatonin is formed for quality sleep.
