Block someone on Facebook
Let’s start with Facebook first and see how you can quickly prevent someone from viewing your profile, updates, and other data that you may have to your friends or the public.
1. On the home page, click the Friends button in the sidebar.
2. Find the friend or person you want to block in the left sidebar and select their profile. This will load the profile in the right pane.
3. Click the three-dot menu icon and select Block from the drop down menu.

Unblock someone on Facebook
This time, let’s take the mobile app as an example instead. I’ll be using Android, but the steps would more or less stay the same on iOS as well.
1. Open the Facebook app and select the menu icon with the three bars to access it Settings & privacy > Settings. Scroll a little here to find Blocking. Tap on it.
