With a message on your social networks, San Diego Legion welcomed back Thomas Morani heading into the 2022 season of the United States Major League Rugby. The back formed in CUBA will have its third season in the North American league.
In San Diego, Morani will share the squad with Matías Freyre that a few days ago he also signed for the team. The two were teammates on the Houston SaberCats during 2020/2021. Then Morani went through Washington’s Old Glory mid-season, eventually arriving at his current club where he made a name for himself with a handful of good performances.
Both players will have as partners the former All Blacks figure Ma’a Nonu who signed this season with the team. But not only will they share with the New Zealander, but two players of the stature of Chris Robshaw y Bjorn Basson.
