According to the agency, the German government on Saturday banned the export of arms to Kazakhstan. It is also noted that deliveries to this country occupy a small part in German exports – last year only 25 permits were issued for a total of about 2.2 million euros.
AFP notes that the ban was also introduced taking into account the order of the President of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev, to open fire on the participants in the riots.
