In collaboration with the other analysts of the team and the different members of the agile delivery teams, you will participate in the digital transformation of the bank through various web and digital projects. Come work within a multidisciplinary team that manages and delivers transactional web projects. This position reports to the Director of Digital Studio, Personal IT Delivery – Transactional Web
Your main challenges:
- In collaboration with the PO (“Product Owner”) and other analysts, collect, document and analyze information in order to validate and prioritize the business and technical needs of all stakeholders within the framework of Web projects and digital.
- In collaboration with the architects and the development team, define coherent and relevant business and technological solutions in line with the business objectives and the challenges of the organization
- Ensure the adequacy (traceability) of solutions, technological architecture elements and functional analysis elements with business needs and ensure traceability between the different levels of definition of needs
- Support and influence the business line in decisions in order to prioritize the features that bring value
- Development of a backlog / userstories / functional and non-functional needs
- Define business solutions, while ensuring their consistency with business objectives and organizational issues
- Perform various analyzes (context, scale, issues, impacts, stakeholders, processes, use cases, user stories, data modeling, etc.) required for the development and operationalization of the defined solutions
- Support stakeholders (marketing, operations, IT, etc.) throughout the implementation and operational transfer, including, if necessary, training and change management activities
- Validate development deliverables by participating in functional and / or integrated tests and supporting certification teams
- Assist POs / users in the preparation and execution of final acceptance testing strategies and plans
- Act as a “coach” to your less experienced colleagues.
You have the right profile if you have:
- Completed bachelor’s degree, related to the sector of activity, and 6 years of relevant experience or Completed master’s degree, related to the sector of activity, and 4 years of relevant experience or University certificate and 8 years of relevant experience
- Analysis experience within digital projects (Creation / redesign of sites, content managers, back-end integrations, analytics, A / B testing, etc …)
- Experience working with Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of the digital domain
- Strong interpersonal skills, rigor and dynamism
- Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
- Autonomy and good management of priorities
- Great adaptability
- Bilingualism (spoken / written) French and functional English.
