The body of a 13-year-old boy with no signs of violent death was found near the river bank, 10 km from the place of disappearance.
A body was found in the Transcarpathian region a teenager from the Rakhiv region who disappeared on January 5 during a flood. About it informs region police on Friday, January 7th.
“Employees of the Rakhiv district police department have found the recently disappeared 13-year-old boy. The police are establishing all the circumstances of the death of the teenager,” it was said in the message.
As it turned out, at about 21:30 the Rakhov police received a message about the disappearance of a 13-year-old resident of the village of Kobyletskaya Polyana. A 24-year-old man with his child was returning home from the forest on a cart, when crossing a river, a rapid flow of water began to break the cart – people were in the water. The man swam to the shore, but the teenager did not.
At first, the man tried to find the guy himself, but then he turned to the forester, who called emergency services.
“The police, together with rescuers and concerned citizens, immediately began to search for the child. Today, January 7, the boy’s body was found with no signs of violent death near the river bank, 10 km from the place of disappearance,” the police added.
Recall that the day before in the Transcarpathian region due to significant precipitation occurred sharp rise in water level in the rivers.
Later it became known that in Transcarpathia rescuers eliminate the consequences of floods… To pump water from the State Emergency Service, 50 rescuers and 19 pieces of equipment were involved.
