To follow up on the joint press release of the Pays de la Loire League and its Districts, the Loire-Atlantique Football District is supplementing the decisions taken today:

  • All the meetings and platforms of categories U6 to U13 scheduled until January 16, 2022 inclusive are postponed at a later date
  • Likewise, tournaments are not allowed during this same period.

We point out that training remains authorized by respecting the protocol in force (refreshments and catering areas strictly prohibited…).

You will find attached the new protocol for the resumption of regional and departmental competitions applicable from January 3, 2022 on the basis of the decision of the FFF Executive Committee and the application of Decree No. 2021-1957 of December 31, 2021.

Modification of regional and departmental calendars

Following a meeting this Wednesday, January 5, 2022 between the authorities (French Football Federation and Amateur Football League) and representatives of the colleges of League and District presidents, the Executive Board and the Steering Committee of the League of Pays de la Loire football (LFPL) met respectively on Wednesday 5 in the evening and Thursday 6 January in the morning by videoconference. In view of the increasing number of Covid-19 contaminations and the restrictions on public reception in force since January 3 (in particular the ban on refreshment bars Click here ), and always in the desire to best support the clubs in this difficult period, several measures have been adopted :

  • The regional and departmental competitions (championships and cups) scheduled from January 6 to 16 inclusive are postponed and will be rescheduled at a later date to be fixed, depending on each territory. Friendly matches are prohibited during this same period.
  • The League and its 5 Districts will meet on Monday January 17 to assess the situation to date, after analysis of the health situation.
  • The national competitions are for their part maintained by the FFF (in particular the National Futsal Cup from this Thursday and the Women’s French Cup and the Gambardella Cup this weekend, and also the N3), according to a protocol adapted for the competitions. national.
  • Note that with regard to health conditions and federal guidelines, all training (educators, referees, managers) will take place at a distance until January 30. The next two technical meetings U16 and U15 are postponed.

In the context of daily life within the clubs, barrier gestures and control of the health pass must remain applied, according to an adapted protocol.
