The COE asked the National transit agency (ANT) develop the protocols to control the entry of passengers with a COVID certificate or card in the different modes of transport.

However, Álvaro Guzmán, a mobility technician, believes that requesting this document is a complex issue because transportation is the gateway to others rights that the citizen has. What will happen to people who do not have a vaccination card, will they not be allowed to go up? And your right to move freely?
Believes that it is important that before applying for the card, the public transport put in place certain measures to prevent it from becoming a source of contagion.
