JANET will air on the American channel Lifetime on January 28 to mark the 40e anniversary of the star’s debut album. “This is my story, told by me” she said of this project. “It’s not coming from anyone else’s point of view. It’s the truth. Take it or leave it. Whether you like it or not. It’s me.” the teaser of the documentary was recently unveiled. We can see Missy Elliott, Mariah Carey or Paula Abdul discussing the impact of Janet Jackson on the music industry, alongside Tito Jackson affirming that the star will always be “his little sister”.
