It all started with a mistaken identity at a Las Vegas hotel. A singer Jason Derulo swung two fans who mistook him for another R&B singer – Bailiff.
Police sources say TMZ cops were called to the ARIA hotel early Tuesday morning after Derulo punched the men.
Eyewitnesses say Jason and one of the men were passing each other on an escalator when the guy yelled, “Hey, Usher! Fuck you, bitch !!! “
Jason apparently took offense at the disrespect and pounced on the guy. He punched the guy in the face, sending him sprawling on the ground.
Jason allegedly slapped the second man just because he was breathing. Security intervened to break the noise. The video shows Jason pushing his beefy bodyguard aside to go after the guys.
Apparently Jason had gotten into it earlier with the same two guys for calling him “Usher”.
At the time of going to press, the 2 victims have refused to press charges, but there is still the possibility of a trial, TMZ says. Jason was not arrested, but he received a trespassing notice from the ARIA hotel and was quickly kicked off the property.
