Kajo and Eva have a budget of 300,000 euros and hope to acquire a family home in the Czech Republic. They prefer a large garden and the house should also be a bit spacious, so that they can receive their family regularly. The two have absolutely no desire to renovate and that means that their dream house should actually be as good as finished.

To the great surprise of the viewers, Kajo and Eva get to see three houses, all of which cost 150,000 euros and which still require a lot of work. The houses have to be overhauled if they want to come close to what Kajo and Eva are looking for. Dionne tries to be positive by stating that there is still a budget to renovate at every house, but seems to forget that the two do not want that. At the end of the episode, Kajo and Eva let them know that none of the houses are going to make an offer.
