Britney Spears no longer follows her sister Jamie-Lynn Spears on Instagram.
The 40-year-old artist, who recently regained control of her fortune after her father Jamie was deposed as her guardian after 13 years, has succeeded her 30-year-old sister on social media.
While Britney has only followed 46 people on the social media app since Sunday (January 2), including her fiancé Sam Asghari and close friend Paris Hilton, she is still followed by former ‘Zoey 101’ celebrity Jamie-Lynn . A source told ‘E! News’: “Britney feels like Jamie-Lynn has left her completely and abandoned her in the fight of a lifetime. They have been best friends and everything for each other for so long.” The news follows the current rift between the Toxic hitmaker and her family over her past tutelage where Britney had no access to her multi-million dollar fortune. The ‘Lucky’ singer had previously accused her family of causing her “injuries”. She wrote on her Instagram account: “I was embarrassed and deeply hurt by my family … so it really helped me to play my own horn and see my past accomplishments reflect on me !!!”
