Four people from the Belarusian side tried to enter the territory of the Republic of Poland.
“At that time, however, two men in civilian clothes – but in caps with markings, reminiscent of the markings of the Belarusian services – cut the fence with scissors. Then stones and branches were thrown at Polish patrols,” said the press secretary of the border service Anna Mikhalskaya.
Four men were detained after crossing the border. None of them applied for international assistance, they were escorted back to the border line.
As noted, later that day, Polish border guards noticed Belarusian soldiers who cut the fence, and there was a group of migrants nearby who walked away when they saw a Polish patrol.
