Blackberry has officially announced that it will be discontinuing support for classic Blackberry smartphones running the BlackBerry 7.1 and BlackBerry 10 operating systems starting January 4.

In 2020, TCL announced it would stop producing Blackberry phones and only support devices until August 2022.
