Copil recorded 725 new positive cases out of 4,052 tests carried out, for a positivity rate of 17.9%, 45 people hospitalized including 15 in intensive care for respiratory distress, 402 new healings and 00 new deaths. The breakdown of new contaminations is as follows:


Estuary: 579 new positive cases out of 3,339 samples in Libreville, for a total of 31,217 confirmed cases; – Haut Ogooue: 33 new positive cases out of 81 samples, including 20 in Franceville and 13 in Moanda, for a total of 3,509 confirmed cases; – Moyen Ogooue: 20 new positive cases out of 55 samples in Lambaréné, for a total of 1,402 confirmed cases; – Ngounie: 06 new positive cases out of 77 samples in Mouila, for a total of 261 confirmed cases; – Nyanga: 03 new positive cases out of 51 samples in Tchibanga, for a total of 294 confirmed cases; – Ogooue Ivindo: 08 new positive cases out of 22 samples in Makokou, for a total of 300 confirmed cases; – Ogooue Lolo: 03 new positive cases out of 09 samples in Lastourville, for a total of 437 confirmed cases; – Ogooue maritime: 73 new positive cases out of 418 samples at Port Gentil, for a total of 3,967 confirmed cases.

In total, out of the 1,488,703 tests performed, we recorded 41,798 positive cases, including 4,011 active cases, 37,499 recoveries and 288 deaths. Let us respect the barrier gestures to protect ourselves against COVID-19.
