The accident happened shortly after noon on Wednesday. It is a basket vehicle that fell into a ditch about 6 meters deep following a brake system malfunction. This happened on the road to Maudette, Section Guillon in Sainte-Anne.
The 29-year-old man was recovered conscious by the emergency services and then medicated with rather serious injuries. He was then redirected to the CHU by ambulance. A firefighter assistance and rescue vehicle as well as the SMUR were on the scene, as were the police.
