After all! In contrast to the first statues of Cristiano Ronaldo, there isn’t really much to object to with the youngest figure. And yet it caused quite a stir in the Indian state of Goa, where it was recently unveiled.

Actually, it should have “strengthened the love of football”, as Michael Lobo, Minister for Science and Technology, writes on Twitter. It was built at the request of local youth players. The fact that demonstrators waved black flags the day after the presentation, as reported by the IANS news agency, has a historical background.
