CORONATION Street star Tracy Shaw is unrecognizable 18 years after starring in the longtime soap opera.
The actress, 48, watched a world far from the cobblestones as she shared a photo of herself backstage at a theater.

– sept – sept – Tracy is best known for her years as hairdresser Maxine Peacock between 1995 and 2003. But her run in the series came to an end when she was brutally murdered by Richard Hillman. Maxine, was married to butcher Ashley and had a young son Joshua, was famously killed by Richard who beat her with a crowbar after returning from the pub. Tracy first appeared on the cobblestones as a friend of Fiona Middleton and her time there saw her spending a night with Fiona’s boyfriend – Steve MacDonald. She also ended up having a baby from the local doctor – despite her marriage to Ashley. Offscreen, the actress won Rear of the Year in 1996 and a pop career in 1998, saw her release two singles Ridin ‘High and a cover of Lonnie Gordon’s Happenin’ All Over Again. – what is osc-urring? – – – – The actress has kept a relatively low profile since leaving her character, but in 2019 she attended the British Soap Awards to present the award of excellence to her friend and veteran actress Sue Nicholls for her work as Audrey Roberts. She has had minor roles in other ITV dramas, but the majority of her work has been in the theater. In 2003, Shaw appeared as Sally in the play The Blue Room, alongside Jason Connery. After the birth of her children – Louis, 16, and Luca, 15 – she returned to the theater, performing in several national tours. They included Mum’s the Word in 2010 and Busy Body in 2011. Tracy recently starred as Anabelle in The Cat and the Canary, sharing photos on Instagram of the play’s run in Lichfield and Leeds. Posting a smiling snapshot of herself in the theater box, she wrote: ‘The last 2 shows playing Annabelle West at the Grand Theater in Leeds “We started this play before we even heard about Covid, on our second leg of the tour, 3 side tests per week for Covid, we were able to open a lot of theaters and hopefully entertain our audience with a incredible distribution! “I feel very moved to say goodbye today to a wonderful party “Thank you to all the theaters and the audience and our wonderful cast, especially our backstage crew without them the show would not be happening ????”. sept – sept – sept – Do you have a story for The Sun Showbiz team?
