That is exactly why you are in good hands in a community of interests. I would have rather expected that the accused Alexander Hahn would have approached me and said “how can I support you with information”, because you should also be aware of what has now happened “hunting down the German light rental”, and like us Everyone knows that “many hunters are dead to the hare”.
With all due respect, that will also be the case with Deutsche Lichtmiete, because honestly, Mr. Lawyer, who still has confidence in the company now? You can answer this question yourself now, and clearly YES, I am also ready to go to court with it, because I have proven that I am a fighter in almost 12 years.
German courts already know how to differentiate between the actual concern of what a party has, your concern is only a community of interests that should actually be supported to ultimately silence. Understandable in the current situation of the DLM and Alexander Hahn, but I don’t know whether that will help him then?
I know that if you are looking for a solution, a solution can always be found. I prefer a restructuring solution to the insolvency of the DLM Group or individual companies.
In my experience from many similar situations in recent years, you can talk about this very well with an interest group. Gentlemen and women like you won’t earn any money there, but with all due respect, I don’t even think about that in such a community of interests. I’m not a lawyer there.
