Four Hills Tournament. Poles with negative test results for COVID-19

As reported by TVP Sport journalist Filip Czyszanowski, all Polish jumpers tested negative for COVID-19 before the start of the Four Hills Tournament. This means that Kamil Stoch, Dawid Kubacki, Piotr Żyła, Jakub Wolny, Andrzej Stękała and Paweł Wąsek will be able to take part in the Tuesday qualification for the competition in Oberstdorf

In his Twitter post, Czyszanowski referred to the situation from a year ago, when Klemens Murańka initially tested positive for COVID-19. It caused a lot of confusion and our entire team was to be excluded from the competition in Oberstdorf. Ultimately, the Biało-Czerwoni were allowed to start, and the whole Four Hills Tournament was won by Kamil Stoch for the third time in his career.

After the pre-Christmas Polish championship, in which the champion from Ząb also triumphed, Poles are back to jumping in the World Cup. The first TCS competition will be held on Wednesday in Oberstdorf, Germany.
