On Monday, December 27, in the Luhansk region, the Ukrainian military detained an “LPR” militant. He was in a state of severe drug intoxication.

“The offender in Russian uniform, in a state of strong drug intoxication, was moving across the line of confrontation towards the Ukrainian positions. Our defenders detained the militant, and then handed him over to representatives of the Security Service of Ukraine,” the message says.
It was preliminarily established that the 40-year-old detained militant served under contract in one of the units of the illegal armed formations of the Russian Federation.
The man had a passport of the so-called “LPR” with him.
After that, the Ukrainian military found out that the detained militant from 2006 to 2012 was serving a sentence in places of imprisonment under article 115, part 1 (premeditated murder).
