And three for Thibault Larpin! The Lyon Athlétisme licensee won the Christmas Corrida in Montluçon (Allier) for the third time, Sunday, December 26, after registering his name on the race list in 2017 and 2019.
A victory at the end of the race
Thibault Larpin had to win Gaël Geffroy (bib 146), Alexis Dulin (bib 118) and Alexis Régerat (bib 269)
The young man, however, had to battle with catchy Alexis Dulin and Gaël Geffroy. The two licensees of Montluçon Athletics, showed themselves eager to impose themselves in front of their public.

Thibault Larpin was delighted to win for the third time in the city of his grandparents.
The Lyon rider was ahead of Alexis Dulin by only 5 seconds and Gaël Geffroy by 10 seconds. “Every year it goes like this. I try to come up with other scenarios, but I can’t tell the difference upstream, ”he adds with an amused smile.

A second difference between the first and the second female
Among the women, the victory was even closer, because Chamalièroise Sabine Petitjean was only ahead of Alexandra Droulin (AJ Monéteau) by a small second!
It was a very selective race. I started a little hard to make the hole at the start. I accused a little then. I clearly played for the win. My daughter put the pressure on me because she won her race in the small categories at the start of the afternoon.
