Saddened Johnson, pays homage to Tutu’s spiritual leadership

(ANSA) – ROME, DECEMBER 26 – “I am deeply saddened to learn of the death of Archbishop Desmond Tutu”, wrote British Prime Minister Boris Johnson in a message on Twitter. The Downing Street tenant calls him “a crucial figure in the fight against apartheid and for the creation of a new South Africa”. The premier also pays tribute to his “spiritual leadership” and his “irrepressible good humor”. (HANDLE).
