Foods that are high in saturated fat are things like fatty and processed meats, pies and pastries, butter, cream, and coconut oil.
According to the BHF, the best way to eat a better diet is to swap your saturated fat for foods that are high in unsaturated fats such as vegetable oils (sunflower, olive and rapeseed oil), nut and avocado seeds and oily fish.
