An employee is a person employed under an employment contract. It doesn’t matter if she works full-time, 3/4 or half-time. The main thing is that she concluded a written employment contract with her boss. He has a guaranteed right, inter alia, for annual leave, paid maternity and parental leave, as well as for severance pay in the event of dismissal. Besides, they cannot earn less than the minimum wage.
Attention! During the leave, the employee is paid. In the event of non-use of the leave due in whole or in part due to termination or expiry of the employment relationship, the boss must pay the employee a cash equivalent.
