The lettering on the lid of the Jeep Wagoneer did not come out. A fun bluff during assembly

The lettering on the tailgate of cars is back in fashion. In the past, they were mainly used on commercial vehicles, especially from American brands, or those imitating this style of Japanese, although they were also found in Europe, a good example of which is the first generation of Volkswagen Caddy.

Today they can also be found on SUVs, crossovers and passenger cars. No wonder then that such an element was also included in the design of the Newest Jeep Wagoneer. Its tailgate should look like the photo below.

This model also has a similar inscription on the hood, which is clearly visible in the photo opening the material.

However, there is a photo on twitter that shows a flap, on which, when installing the inscription, something did not quite work out. An assembly mishap was reportedly when the car was inspected before it was delivered to the customer.

It all looks as if the worker who installs the sign has a really bad day. The Jalopnik service asked the representative of the American branch of Jeep about the whole matter. The answer confirmed that yes, there were some minor problems with the devices used to mount the inscription on the Wagoneer tailgate, but they have already been dealt with and the quality will be much better.
