Three people TNI member Army, the perpetrators of the lovebirds in Nagreg West Java and dumped his body into a river in the Cilacap area was officially detained.
Head of Information for the Army Military Police Center (Kapen Puspomad), Lt. Col. Cpm Agus Subur Mudjiono, said the three were temporarily detained on orders from POMAD investigators.
“For the 3 (three) suspects, POMAD investigators have temporarily detained them for investigation,” Agus said. CNNIndonesia.com, Saturday (25/12).
According to Agus, this detention was carried out after the Bandung Police handed over the investigation into the case of the three TNI members to the Pomdam III Siliwangi. After being handed over, the investigators immediately dig up information from the alleged perpetrator regarding the incident.
“Upon the overflow of the matter, Pomdam III/SLW directly carried out the research and investigation process on the matter,” said Agus.
The perpetrators who were officially detained were Colonel Infantry P (Korem Gorontalo, Kodam Merdeka), Corporal Two DA (Kodim Gunung Kidul, Kodam Diponegoro) and Corporal Two AH (Kodim Demak, Kodam Diponegoro).
The TNI Commander General Andika Perkasa previously said the three could be sentenced to life in prison for their actions. This is in accordance with the legal snares that are suspected of the three, namely Article 340.
This case began when two lovebirds were hit by a Panther car with plate B on December 8 near the Nagreg gas station, Bandung Regency. In the accident, netizens took pictures of people in the Panther car while carrying the victim, including the police number of the perpetrator’s car.
Residents who witnessed the incident thought the victim was going to be taken to a hospital. But the parents of the victim did not find the victim after searching all the hospitals and health centers in the vicinity.
After a search, on (11/12) the bodies of the two were found in two different locations. Handi’s body was found in the Serayu River, Banyumas. Meanwhile, Salsabila’s body was found in the Serayu River, Cilacap.
