Actress Devin Ratray (44), who played Buzz McCallister, Kevin’s naughty big brother in the Christmas classic Alone at Home, was arrested in Oklahoma on Wednesday for using violence against his girlfriend after an incident earlier in December.
The actor was reported for one case of domestic violence and assault by strangulation.
A representative of the Oklahoma Police Department confirms to Fox News that the 44-year-old reported himself to the police, and was later released on bail of 25,000 dollars, approximately 222,174 Norwegian kroner.

The incident is said to have taken place in a hotel room in Oklahoma City in early December, where an argument between Ratray and his girlfriend is said to have escalated.
According to the girlfriend, Ratray allegedly strangled her and put his hand over her mouth, according to documents Fox News has gained access to.

Furthermore, the girlfriend claims that she bit his hand, and since then the 44-year-old is said to have hit her in the face.
According to the documents, the woman suffered several injuries after the incident, including bruises under the left eye and chest, scratching over the lips and a sore arm.
