GERD It is a disease caused by the rise of stomach acid into the esophagus. This condition causes discomfort and can lead to serious complications if left untreated. Following habit which can trigger GERD.
In addition to medication, people with GERD need to pay attention to certain habits. The reason is, there are a number of habits that unknowingly trigger GERD symptoms, both stomach acid turning back which then causes heartburn.
The following habits can trigger GERD.
1. Eating too fast
You’ve tried to avoid foods that trigger GERD including foods that are too spicy or sour. But still there is a burning sensation in the chest aka heartburn. If this is the case, it is very possible that you are eating too fast.
