The CSSA offers employers a new online service that will allow access to data about their people

In mid-December, the Czech Social Security Administration launched another online CSSA ePortal service, which is intended for employers. The new service will allow employers to access data about their employees.

These are mainly data on open insurance relationships of their employees, it is also possible to search for employees of all or one payroll accounting or data on one specific employee.

Service List of employees participating in insurance is available after logging in to the ePortal to all employers registered in the CSSA employers’ register. Allows you to print or save PDF or CSV output.

If the output of the service contains more than 500 records, it is offered to download the CSV file after entering the e-mail address, to which a notification e-mail message with the appropriate link is subsequently sent by the CSSA system. notifies the Office.

To download the file, it is necessary to log in to the ePortal with the same identification means that was used when sending the request for processing the CSV output. Access to the new online service is also granted to authorized entities that have been granted authorization for online services intended for employers. The scope of the authorization has been automatically extended by this new service, so there is no need to request its extension.
