The man from the Charleroi area ran into the light because employees of a vaccination center recognized him. He ran off when they asked him about it, whereupon they warned the other centers.
In addition, when the man made another appearance for a shot, he did so with the name of someone who was already being watched. He had said that he could arrange a vaccination certificate without a shot.
