McDowell County in West Virginia is pretty shabby. At the top, McDowell only appears in the statistics that quantify drug addiction, obesity, and crime.
In the past billions were made here with coal. The few who still live in McDowell to this day still hope for new jobs in coal mining and believe Trump if he promises them.
