The largest nuclear reactor in Europe, Olkiluoto 3, was launched in Finland last night. On Tuesday, December 21, reported edition Yle.

During the trial period (about six months), different capacities will be used. The NPP will be fully operational since June. Its new reactor will generate about 15% of all electricity in Finland.
Teollisuuden Voima stressed that the last launch of a nuclear power plant in the country took place more than 40 years ago, and in Europe about 15 years ago.
