During the trial period (about six months), different capacities will be used. The NPP will be fully operational since June. Its new reactor will generate about 15% of all electricity in Finland.

Teollisuuden Voima stressed that the last launch of a nuclear power plant in the country took place more than 40 years ago, and in Europe about 15 years ago.
