Dn Bill White’s point of view, Buckhead, Atlanta’s wealthiest and most beautiful neighborhood, has become a “war zone.” Crime has exploded, he says. Burglaries and murders are more numerous than before. Residents are constantly afraid of being shot, whether shopping, refueling or jogging. And the municipality does not seem to care. “So it’s about time we took matters into our own hands,” said Bill.
