“If the NATO infrastructure moves on and appears in Ukraine, the flight time of missiles will be reduced to 7-10 minutes, and hypersonic weapons – to 5,” the Russian president said.
According to the president, Russia is ready to take military-technical measures if NATO approaches its borders.
Putin also expressed bewilderment at NATO’s eastward expansion after the Cold War, despite the “almost allied relationship between Moscow and the West at the time.”
