City gets by without new loans | Free press

Oederan.

The Oederaner city council has approved the budget for 2022. There were no discussions because the draft had already been unanimously adopted at the November Council meeting. Since then, according to the administration, there have been no objections and only minor changes. The city expects around 15 million income, mainly from income and trade tax. However, these depend on the economy: “We do not know how the high numbers of infections and the new virus variants affect,” said chamberlain Andrea Merzky. On the expenditure side, the daycare staff is the largest item. The city does not want to take out new loans, it does not have to have the budget approved by the legal supervisory authority.
