A 22-year-old young woman will be prosecuted before the Roanne court on May 24, 2022 for contempt, rebellion and violence against people holding public authority.
Facts that she would have recognized during her police custody on Sunday. The events took place on the night of Saturday in Roanne, boulevard d’Arras, where a woman threw herself on the cars.
On the spot, the police took charge of a 22-year-old woman, quite excited, alcoholic and without shoes. In the vehicle that took her to the hospital, she started cursing the police.
Then, once at the hospital, she rebelled when the police tried to handcuff her to calm her down, before kicking them.
She had a rate of 0.50 mg of alcohol per liter of exhaled air. She explained that she drank too much, which made her “aggressive”.
